Founder & Certified Career Counsellor | Caarivya Growth Studio

With over 11 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning Business Analysis, Software Testing, and technology-driven projects, I’ve seen a common challenge repeatedly — people often make career choices based on marks, trends, peer influence, or other people’s expectations, rather than understanding their own strengths, interests, abilities, and long-term goals.

Having worked across diverse roles & functions withinh IT Industry along with my experience as Private Tutor gives me a real-world understanding of how careers evolve — from education and first jobs to career transitions, upskilling and new opportunities.

At Caarivya Growth Studio, We combine data-backed psychometric assessment, personalised career counselling and industry insights to help individuals make career decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
